Hey, you guys. How you doing? This is Shawn here again with Shawn Buys Houses Kansas City, and I wanted to come out here and show you a house that we bought out here in Independence.
This one’s a little different story. This guy that bought this a couple years ago, somehow he bought it and it had some pretty significant foundation issues. I’m not sure how that worked out, but anyway, fast forward two years later and he needed to sell it. He’s moving to Washington. And like I said, it’s in need of major foundation issues.
He didn’t want to list it with a realtor. He didn’t want to have to fix any of that, so basically he sold it to us. We were able to get him a fair price and get him on his way to Washington. But as you can see, we had to dig out that wall and the wall around back and fix the foundation. We’re not done in here, but just a basic little house. We’ve painted so far. That’s really all we’ve done. But anyway, yeah.
